Additionally, JM Pipeline has teamed up with a handful of engineers, owners, contractors, and developers, and we have committed to provide valuable insights into how to better build projects. We will review preliminary plans, and offer up comments, and preliminary budgets. We have several owners who have offered up master contracts for entire subdivisions, because of the level of interest that we take in giving the owners / developers the insights and reviews that will ensure their projects are built correctly and in a timely manner while being conscientious of the overall budget. Building these relationships and master subcontracts allows owners / developers to save time and money on the bidding process, and ensures that one contractor will learn, and understand the scope of work. This also gives the owners / developers a high level of satisfaction knowing that one contractor completes the projects from start to finish, and not having multiple contractors to keep up with.
